Appointment Scheduling via Calendly

To offer you the modern service of simplified online appointment booking, we use the services of Calendly LLC, BB&T Tower, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA (hereinafter referred to as „Calendly“).

When using Calendly, browser-specific data and your IP address are transmitted to Calendly.

By clicking the „Book Appointment“ button, your personal data such as name, email address, and other information provided by you will also be transmitted to Calendly.

We have no knowledge of further data processing or storage duration.

We note that this data may be transferred to the USA and processed by US authorities. The USA is currently considered an unsafe third country with inadequate data protection.

Currently, no adequacy decision under Art. 45 GDPR exists.

However, Calendly has committed to complying with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) for the transfer of personal data to third countries as per Directive 2016/679.

For your data protection, we have concluded a data processing agreement with Calendly in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
